C-frame special hydraulic press CM-250 E with a throat depth of 1600 mm

Customized manufacture of the HIDROGARNE C-frame motorized hydraulic press mod. CM-250 E that has been designed and manufactured to comply with all requirements and indications of our customer to carry out works like stamping and die-cutting..

As in all our HIDROGARNE hydraulic presses C series, it has the operation by bimanual pushbutton with level IV security module.

Structure and tables

Manufactured with a throat depth of 1600 mm. It includes an upper table with 4 cylindrical guides and a lower table with hydraulic extraction and mechanical parking. Its prepared for supporting pieces of 15 Tn in motion.

Cylinder and hydraulic unit

Manufactured with a main single-acting cylinder of 250 Tn assisted by two side cylinders for the fast forward and reverse.

Its hydraulic group is of 15 Kw, driven by pre-filling valves, stop valves, check valves and pressure limiter valve.

Electric installation and safety

It incorporates a digital NC to control approach stroke, the power stroke and the maximum pressing pressure. It allows to control the pressing presure by an electronic transductor.

It meets and satisfies all the essential health and safety requirements in accordance with the EC standard.
