FDV-125 E motorized hydraulic press with double stanchions and fixed bed for vulcanizing

The FDV-125 E HIDROGARNE motorized hydraulic press with double stanchions and fixed bed is manufactured to comply with all requirements and indications of our customer to carry out works like vulcanizing.

As all our F series hydraulic presses, this consist of an electro welded structure made solely of S355JR steel. This is machined at the end of the structural welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Calculated and designed by finite software.

Structure and tables

It made with a rigid electro welded structure of fixed bed for greater strength and lower table with hydraulic extraction.
It has a thermal top table of 1.350 x 1.100 x 115 and cooled anti-plate, guided by four columns ø 60, and a thermal table below of 1,350 x 1,100 x 115 mm and cooled anti-plate.

Cylinder and hydraulic unit

2 double acting cylinders
It includes anti-rotation with adjustable end of stroke on the left side to climb down regulation and gear from the upper table.
Two-speed motorized hydraulic unit.
