Last Generation of HYBRID PRESS BRAKE machines which meet the highest demands of precision and reliability.

The EPR-HYBRID models are 7-axis press brakes equipped with a CYBELEC 3D CNC mod. CYBTOUCH 19 or a DELEM 3D CNC mod. 69T CW.

They have been designed to meet the highest bending requirements and can be installed with 7 to 14 axes. They allow synchronisation to work with robotics and peripherals via interface and Ethernet connection with technical office and on-line repair via pre-installed modem. They comply with the parameters of Industry 4.0.

LOW ENERGY CONSUMPTION

The closed-loop hydraulic system has low power consumption. At the same time it is respectful of the environment with an average oil consumption of 34.5 l.

LOW OPERATING COST

Operating cost is minimal due to low power consumption. Therefore, it brings advantages to the user with high efficiency and low operating cost.

HIGH PRECISION BACKGAUGE

All the motors used in the backgauge are servomotors, this characteristic gives us a high accuracy of positioning and speed movements.

2 front supports with „T“ slots with retractable millimeter stops and moveable by INA-type guides.

Anti-flexion motorized table.

Retractable fingers which avoid collisions on „Z“ reverse fold.

Backgauge with multiple pre-programmed support stations and 4 controlled axes (X, R, Z1, Z2).

For the movements of the axes of the backgauge it has installed servomotors that, together with the ball screws
and the INA-type prismatic guides, move with great presicion and speed.
