HYDRAULIC PRESS FOR PRECISION REPRODUCTION OF PARTS USING ELASTOFORMING SYSTEM (AERONAUTICS)<\/h2>\n[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text text_direction=“default“]The MV-600E\/NC hydraulic press belongs to the M\/NC series and is custom-designed for stamping operations in the aerospace sector.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It features an upper table with matrix mounting and a lower table with front hydraulic extraction, made from C45E steel, machined with 2 DIN-650 slots to ensure minimal friction during the vertical movement of the upper table. This is achieved through the installation of bronze alloy bearings with graphite load and perfect parallelism provided by four chrome-plated cylindrical columns of 200 mm diameter, rectified and manufactured from 42CrMo4 steel.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It uses an optimized hydraulic system with a pressure of 250 Bar, <\/strong>ensuring prolonged durability and reliability.<\/p>\n
