It allows the different pressing points to be accessed without the need to move the part thanks to the <strong>lateral displacement of the cylinder<\/strong> and the <strong>longitudinal displacement of the bridge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It consists of an electro welded structure made solely of ST-52.3 steel. It is stabilized and machined at the end of the structural welding process to ensure perfect parallelism and precision. Calculated and designed by finite software with level 5 structural resistance. With all this, we <strong>always guarantee our high precision and quality standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>longitudinal displacement<\/strong> of the bridge is carried by <strong>frequency inverter and cogged belt<\/strong> to ensure precise and sensitive slides. The <strong>lateral movement of the head is motorized<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The cylinder is double acting with a lapping liner, chrome plunger and maintenance-free anti wear guides, it\u2019s fitted with a removable and interchangeable hold-down plate to avoid the deterioration of the plunger and machined at the end to adapt tools. <strong>Anti-turning of the cylinder and a squared front<\/strong> with stroke endings come as standard which enable us to conveniently regulate the cylinder stroke.<\/p>\n<p>The motorised <strong>two-speed<\/strong> hydraulic unit has <strong>automatic rapid speed disconnection<\/strong>. It includes a cylinder decompression valve. A pressure regulator comes as standard which allows the regulation of the most appropriate pressure for each kind of pressing.<\/p>\n<p>It works with hydraulic pressure lower than 320 bar to <strong>ensure the greater durability<\/strong> of the hydraulic system as a whole.<\/p>\n<p>The control panel features a switch enabling the user to select the desired type of work in a <strong>manual or semi-automatic position<\/strong> and a switch to select either the fast approach speed or slow operational speed.<\/p>\n<p>Operation is carried out by means of a <strong>pendant control station with an emergency stop and low-voltage operation<\/strong>.
