We want to present our customized manufacture of our 4-cylindrical-column motorized hydraulic press, MV-250 E model<\/strong>, it’s designed with four cylindrical columns<\/strong> for increased accuracy and capacity, specifically recommended to perform work involving deep-drawing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

As all our HIDROGARNE M series hydraulic presses<\/strong><\/a>, this press is equipped with a mechanized lower and upper CK-42 stainless steel table with two \u201cT\u201d DIN-650 grooves. We ensure a minimal friction<\/strong> in the vertical displacement of the upper table by installing alloy bronze bushings with graphite filler and a perfect parallelism<\/strong> by four cylindrical columns chromed, rectified and made of CK-45 steel.<\/p>\n

The upper table ensures perfect alignment<\/strong> by means of four cylindrical lateral rails with anti-friction bimetallic caps<\/strong> which require no maintenance.<\/p>\n

The lower table accommodates a hydraulic cushion of 50 tons<\/strong> with a useful area of 950 mm x 750 mm<\/strong> and three frontal arms<\/strong> to support the matrix on the outside of the press.<\/p>\n

Adjustments to the position of the upper table, changes of the speeds and cushion are controlled from a NC SIEMENS KP-400<\/strong> with a PLC SIEMENS S-7<\/strong> that allows to program 99 memories.<\/p>\n

The cylinder is single acting<\/strong> with a lapping liner, chrome plunger and maintenance-free anti wear guides.<\/p>\n

The hydraulic group is located entirely on top of the hydraulic press. It includes Denison silent hydraulic pump<\/strong> and air-oil cooler<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It includes decompression system, pressure solenoid valves, pre-filled valves, switching valves, check valves, pressure relief valves and anti-drop valves.<\/p>\n

The control panel features a switch<\/strong> enabling the user to select the desired type of work in a manual position to do adjustments and automatic for production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Operation<\/strong> is carried out by low voltage electric pedals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Safety is guaranteed by the use of level IV photoelectrical sensors<\/strong> situated at the front of the equipment, two fixed lateral protections panels<\/strong> and one practicable protection panel<\/strong> with a magnetic detector disconnection switch situated at the rear.<\/p>\n

It meets and satisfies all the essential health and safety requirements in accordance with the EC standard<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
