DescripTION

The frame and slide are built in cast steel, with a base provided for to recover de oil and equipped with mechanical extractor.

It has two compenstin cylinders for the protecction of the press and dies, with pneumàtic operation for balance of the slide and the dies. The connectin rod is manufactured of steel and long dimensioned.

The clutch-brake is electropneumatic acction, equipped with solenoid valve of double body of security and crossed flows.

The lubrication is by means of centralized manual pump and the pneumàtic installation is equipped with a compensation tank, filtre-regulator-lubricator group with a control pressure and safety valve.

At the front of the press is located the two-hand shot, with emergency stop button and stop button in top dead center.
